Walk-In Wednesdays

Windsor (Drouillard Location)

Beginning Wednesday November 4th, our Drouillard location will be offering walk-in services to the community. Please see important details below.

• Hours: 9am-11am & 1pm-3pm
• Open to community
• Space is Limited so come early to secure your spot
• Limit of one concern per visit
• Online booking may be available for the afternoon spots (stay tuned for more details)
• Our Drouillard location is accepting patients, feel free to pick up a patient intake form while you are there OR roaster with one of our providers at your visit.

Reminder walk-in clinic services are generally intended for:

• One or two acute concerns.
• Assessment and treatment of a minor illness or injury.
• Issues that can reasonably be assessed during one visit.
• Care where ongoing monitoring or complex follow-up is not expected to be required.

The clinician may:

• Assess and treat your concern.
• Prescribe medication when clinically appropriate.
• Order laboratory tests or diagnostic imaging when indicated.
• Recommend follow-up with this clinic, your regular primary-care provider, or another service.

Please understand:

• This visit does not replace regular primary care.
• Chronic disease management, preventive care, medication reviews, forms, and multiple ongoing concerns may require a separately booked appointment.
• If tests are ordered, you may be asked to return or contact the clinic during the following week to review results.
• The clinician remains responsible for arranging or providing appropriate follow-up for tests and referrals ordered during this visit.
• If you are rostered to another primary-care provider, you should continue to use that provider for ongoing care whenever possible.
