To maintain or improve the health and well-being of our patients and clients through collaborative, team-based Nurse Practitioner- Led holistic care.

Vision

The Essex County Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic meets the needs of its patients/clients through timely, accessible, welcoming, knowledgeable, responsive and holistic approaches throughout the life span by the same inter-professional team and in collaboration with others who may be needed.
